I've never been a big honey person until I tried this. Light and subtle, without the heavy undertones of most honey. I don't know what they do different, but there's nothing like it. I'm hooked!
I use this product in my hot tea, on my plain Greek yogurt and as a glaze for pork chops & chicken.
