Description
A shrub with narrow grayish leaves, it has a fragrant smell and a warm, sweet taste. Although, this herb is known for, and mostly used for, flavoring roasted meats, it is a very easy herb to use. This is one of the herbs we consider to be very versatile.
Use in pasta sauces, salad dressings and on pizzas! Great for marinades on poultry and seafoods and a wonderful add in for Italian dishes too!
*Tip - Create a marinade for white meats by using rosemary, garlic, lemon juice, salt and a little pepper. At the farm, Jim’s Roasted Rosemary Chicken is one of my favorites.
