We here at C & J Farms want you to be happy with the products and service you receive from us. If for some reason you are not happy please let us know why and what we can do to help. We want to hear from you.

We also want to be good stewards. If you are local to us your always welcome to come by one of our locations to bring back your empty jars, we will provide you with a new jar of product of your choice minus the cost of the jar. Another way to manage this is to simply purchase a refill bag. That way you can refill the jar you have.

We tend to our messages and emails within 48 business hours. Good and prompt communication is important to us and providing products you want is also important; so please feel free to communicate with us often. Returns Policy

If you want or need to return something please fill out a “Contact Us” form and provide us the reason for your return and your follow up contact information. We will respond to your email within 48 business hours.

Shipping

We ship anywhere in the United States. We work to always provide the best shipping rates possible to our customers using USPS Priority Regional shipping. For Bulk or Wholesale orders we will find the best shipping rate and company that delivers with care which is normally with Fed Ex Ground.

Orders will be printed and packing slip prepared the same day of receipt on Tuesday - Friday to be shipped the next business day.  Saturdays orders will be printed on Tuesday for shipping out on Wednesday.  Saturdays we are out working Farmers Markets and we are closed on Sunday and Monday.  If you need an order shipped during these days, please send us a separate note on the contact page or give us a call. We will work to provide the service you would like to have.
