Greek oregano is considered the "true" oregano. This is the flavor we all most recognize in recipes, especially Italian dishes. We commonly use this in tomato sauces but this pungent flavor can be used in many recipes dishes like meats, eggs, salads and veggies like tomatoes, squashes and green beans. You can pair this in some oil with lemon and have a nice marinade.
Enjoy this in your light meals to brighten and bring in that full flavor. You won't feel like the meal is "light" with the full flavor of Greek Oregano.
