This sea salt comes from the West Coast of the US and is smoked over Hickory Wood infusing a deep Smokey flavor.

 Just the aroma is enjoyable. Because the smoke is infused right into the salt, you too can have that smoky taste without all of the effort. Generally, we think of adding it to our meats but don’t limit yourself, try it in beans (awesome), potato salads, pasta and on your veggies.
