Echinacea Roots and Leaves

Echinacea is typically recoginized as Coneflower and you see it frequently growing in old gardens. It is a perennial so continues to come back year after year.  That's a great thing because the root is the most prized part of this herb.

This plant provides beauty in the garden and health benefits for those who know. This plant has high antibiotic properties. This might help to ward off or lessen symptoms of the common cold and flu.  It may be beneficial to help with fighting throat infections or other infections in the body.

This is a combination of the leaves, flower and roots.  Use as a tea or add to a juice.  Sweeten with a little of C & J Farms infused Cinnamon or Lemon Honey and fight that cold with something good.
